Refund Policy

At Thi Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchases.

We understand that online purchase can be tricky and doesn’t always go to plan.

Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • You will be able to return your items for a store credit, if it meets our return policy set out below:Items are returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel
  • Items must be unaltered, undamaged, unwashed and free from any markings, make-up, self tanner, odours, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant and washing powder
  • Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and label attached
  • We do not accept returns on sale items
  • Postage cost is non- refundable
  • Return postage are paid by the customer

 

Store Credit

Store credit are valid 12 months from the date of issue.

Any items purchases which exceed the amount of the store credit will require additional method to pay for outstanding balance. 

Faulty

Thi Label takes great pride in our products.

We thoroughly inspect our products before they’re sent out to you, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

However, if you believe your garment has a fault, please send a photo and description of the fault along with the order number to hello@thilabel.com.au

Upon receiving your request we will handle this with high priority to arrange the best possible course of action for you. 

Exchange/ Refund

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds.

We offer the option to return your items and exchange for the same item in another size or select a different product with a credit note that can be issued.

Subject to availability and must meet the return policy.
